General. It is a wonderful book written for patients explaining the drug and it's side effects. The book contains nutrition advice, exercises, a woman's feelings while taking the drug, some medical information on depression, etc., etc. I would love to suggest this book to any Cushing's Syndrome patient as I found it very helpful in understanding the effects of steroids. I am recovering from Cushing's due to an adrenal tumor and am in the process of decreasing my hydrocortisone dose. I would love to hear from others who had or currently have an adrenal tumor.
