I am having a hard time with coritsol withdrawal. I was being tapered off with prednisone up to 7.5 mg/day, then it was changed to Cortef-20mg AM and 10mg PM because I was having problems sleeping for over 6 months! I also have severe muscle and joint pains that makes sleeping and exercising very difficult. The fatigue and depression are also difficult to deal with. A friend gave me some information from the internet.
